Measure first. Choose with evidence.
A clear product photo can show shape and color. Only manual measurements and an approved product chart can narrow physical size.
Three measurements bring you closer to the right cap.
Manual tape measurements guide physical sizing. Photo previews are only for appearance.

- 1Front hairline
- 2Above ears and around nape
- 3Return to start
Compare circumference, front-to-nape and ear-to-ear together. Do not use circumference alone.
Do not force a size. Save the measurements for human review and consider an adjustable cap or custom fit.
Use the fit route made for the product.
Women’s toppers use curved base measurements. For men’s hairpieces, prepare a clear crown photo and complete the fit details required by your order.
A topper must cover the thinning area while its clips sit on supportive biological hair around the perimeter.

- 1Find the front edge
- 2Trace both side boundaries
- 3Close the shape behind the crown
A regular stock base can be reviewed from the exact curved length and width, but only against that supplier’s confirmed size rule.
Use a template or approved previous unit for an irregular outline, custom hairline, unusual scalp curve or made-to-measure base.
Never add a universal margin. Attachment, base material and factory cutting rules vary by product.
Fill in my partial-base fitPayment never releases a hair product straight to production.
- 01 · Order recorded
Your exact product, color and Comfort or Sport profile are saved.
- 02 · Fit details submitted
Complete the requested measurements in your account and submit them from the order. This page’s photo preview does not replace that step.
- 03 · Human review
A specialist checks measurements, outline, attachment and the supplier’s exact base rule.
- 04 · Fit locked
Only an approved, customer-confirmed specification can be released for production and shipping.
Production boundary: no custom production begins until the order-specific fit is locked. Cancellation, change and remake eligibility follow the policy shown for the order.
Make the measurement repeatable.
Use the same method each time so the saved numbers remain useful for product comparison and human review.
- Use a soft measuring tape
Measure in centimeters and keep the tape flat against the head.
- Prepare the hair
Flatten bulky hair and remove accessories without compressing the head.
- Measure more than once
Repeat every route two or three times and record the consistent value.
- Check the exact product chart
Size names are not universal. Never transfer one supplier's SS, S, M or L to another product.
The supplied reference mentions SS, standard and large examples but does not provide a complete verified four-size chart. SORLA therefore teaches the measurement method without turning those illustrative values into a purchase recommendation. A verified chart must be attached to each made-to-fit SKU before production.
