When payment is available, checkout shows whether the product can ship to the destination, the estimated delivery range, shipping charge, taxes or duties, importer responsibility and return eligibility before confirmation.
Know the destination rules before paying.
Payment availability is determined for each product and destination only after delivery, duty, cancellation, return and fulfillment gates pass. Browsing a destination does not mean checkout is enabled there.
Returns
The final return window and hygiene conditions must comply with the customer’s market and be stated on every product page. SORLA will not rely on an unreviewed hygiene exclusion or remove mandatory consumer rights.
Condition and fit
Customers need a clear inspection window and instructions for trying the product without altering lace, base, color or hair. Size charts and virtual previews do not replace the written return policy.
Supplier fulfillment
A supplier may ship directly, but SORLA remains responsible for the customer experience. Tracking, damaged parcels, wrong variants, customs exceptions, return routing and refunds must be visible in the order record.
