These points explain the current experience and are not final commercial terms. Company identity, legal contact, governing law and market-specific consumer rights must be added before SORLA accepts payment.
Product, inventory, price and checkout availability can differ by SKU and destination. Payment is enabled only when the selected product, region and fulfillment route pass the current commerce gates, and checkout must show the applicable status before confirmation.
The preview is a visual simulation. Color, length, density, hairline, texture and fit can differ from the physical product. Customers should rely on the verified product specifications and return rules shown for the selected SKU and destination.
Customers must have the right to upload the photo they use and must not upload a child’s image. For an eligible virtual try-on, SORLA sends the image to Perfect Corp only after explicit consent to request the preview; Perfect Corp processing remains governed by its applicable service and privacy terms. Perfect Corp may retain uploaded and generated images for up to 30 days. Access to SORLA media expires after 24 hours; Delete photo immediately deletes the SORLA copy, and service maintenance performs physical cleanup after access expires. Try-on images are not stored in the customer account or analytics. SORLA does not use them to train its own models and does not claim that Perfect Corp no-training terms have been confirmed.
Customers are responsible for access to their platform account. Automated abuse, attempts to access another customer’s order or image, and unlawful use are prohibited.
Eligible verified members with no previous live paid order may receive one 10% first-purchase voucher. Referral rewards are issued only after an eligible new customer uses the first valid referral link remembered during the 30-day attribution period, signs in with a verified email and completes a qualifying live purchase. The referral reward remains pending for a 30-day payment protection period and becomes available only if the source payment has no refund or dispute. Preview and Stripe test orders neither consume vouchers nor earn referral rewards.
A voucher applies only to eligible hair merchandise in the US checkout, requires at least US$150 of eligible merchandise, and provides 10% off up to US$50. Care products, shipping and tax are excluded. Only one voucher may be used per order; vouchers cannot be stacked, sold, transferred, redeemed for cash or applied retroactively. A first-purchase voucher is valid for 30 days beginning when live checkout opens; an activated referral voucher is valid for 90 days. Final eligibility and the exact discount are recalculated by SORLA’s server at checkout.
Self-referrals and suspected manipulation are not eligible. SORLA may hold unusual referral activity for human review, including more than five qualifying referral rewards in a rolling 30-day period. If a source purchase is refunded, disputed or reversed, an unused referral reward is revoked; if that reward was already used, the account and related activity enter manual review. Referral programs may be suspended or changed prospectively, subject to applicable law and any rights already earned.
Marketing and optional care reminders require the corresponding customer choice and can be stopped at any time. Essential payment, order, sizing and customer-service messages are kept separate. External email delivery remains disabled until sender identity, unsubscribe handling, complaint suppression and legal requirements are verified.
